Pre-Approval Process

Collect
We collect the neccessary documents for your pre-approval.
STEP 2
Meet
We meet with you and determine the best loan structure based on your financial goals and needs
STEP 3
Pre-Approval
We issue your formal pre-approval. You begin making offers on homes with your real estate agent.
STEP 4
Under Contract
Once an offer is accepted, you're officially in contract. A closing date and terms of the contract are set.
Pre-Approval Process
STEP 5
Rate Lock
We'll contact you to discuss locking your interest rate and send over initial disclosure forms for you to sign.
STEP 6
Appraisal
Our team orders the appraisal, title and other necessary documents for your loan.
STEP 7
Underwriting
We submit your complete file to underwriting for review and approval.
STEP 8
Final Approval
Once an offer is accepted, you're officially in contract. A closing date and terms of the contract are set.
Lending Process
STEP 9
Loan Documents
Loan documents are ordered & sent to the closing attorney where they're prepared and await your signature.
STEP 10
Signatures
At closing you sign your final loan documents and they are sent back to us for final review and funding.
STEP 11
Funding
We fund the loan and the closing attorney records the new lien. Congratulations!
